Patrick Starkey- Physical Therapist-PT
Physical Therapy Department Manager
Pat graduated from Painesville Harvey High School.  He is a graduate of Cleveland State University Physical Therapy Program.  Pat has been a practicing Physical Therapist for 25 years.  Most of Pat’s career has been involved in the treatment of orthopaedic and sports medicine injuries.  He has provided sports medicine coverage for many local high schools and colleges and has served on the Medical Advisory Board for the Lake County YMCA.  Patrick taught Back Education Classes for several area industries.  He is an active member of the Lake County Touchdown Club.
 

Bob Chandler-Physical Therapist-PT
Bob earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Education at Ithaca College in New York.  He is a graduate of Kent State University with a Masters’ Degree in Exercise Physiology.  He received his Physical Therapy Certificate from Cleveland State University.  Bob taught Elementary School for about 10 years before switching careers to physical therapy.  Having worked in several different settings, outpatient orthopaedic/sports medicine is his favorite.
 

Ben Deszczykiewicz-Physical Therapist-MPT
Ben is a graduate of Chardon High School where he played varsity football and basketball.  He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in health and Physical Education with a concentration in Health Promotion from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. He received his Masters' Degree in Physical Therapy from Cleveland State University.  Ben began his employment at Precision Orthopaedics in January 2008.  He enjoys working with athletes of all levels with their rehabilitation needs.
 

Deborah Pawlak- Physical Therapist MPT
Deborah is a graduate of Berkshire High School.  She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University and her Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in Pennsylvania.  Deborah has more than 14 years experience working in her chosen profession, 4 of those years as an employee of Precision Orthopaedic Specialties, Inc. Her passion is working with patients with orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation needs. She enjoys the manual, hands-on aspect the best.
 

Tunde Ilkanich-O.T.R./L.
Tunde is a 1988 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in her field for 20 years. She has been employed at Precision
Orthopaedics since August of 2007. Tunde adds an important facet to our physical therapy staff. Her education and expertise in the rehabilitation of patients with conditions involving the upper extremity, particularly the elbow, wrist and hand, helps Precision Orthopaedic Physical Therapy accomplish their goal of providing comprehensive therapy to patients with musculoskeletal/sports medicine conditions. Tunde enjoys the relaxed and friendly, yet professional atmosphere at Precision Physical Therapy. She particularly enjoys
restoring function to patients with wrist conditions.
 

Lynne Ranallo-Physical Therapy Aide
Lynne graduated from Mayfield High School and is currently pursuing a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Presently, Lynne attends Lakeland Community College. Lynne has worked as a physical therapy aid for 7 years before joining the therapy staff at Precision Physical Therapy in September 2007. She enjoys working with people and gets great satisfaction helping patients “get back to their maximum rehabilitation potential”. Outside of work, Lynne enjoys spending time with her kids and doing outdoor activities.
 

Lauren Petrovich-Physical Therapy Aide
Lauren is a graduate of Berkshire High School, and has been employed by Precision employee since October 2006.
She is currently a student at Lakeland Community College with plans to pursue her Pre-med degree at Ursuline College. Her favorite part of her job at Precision is “working with patients and getting to meet all kinds of different people”.
