*Born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah/Olympus High School graduate
*Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with an Athletic Training emphasis from Brigham Young University (BYU), Utah where she had the opportunity to work with some of the top athletic training educators and researchers in the country and work with the BYU Football Team. She also had the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in Vienna, Austria.
